We want you to love your Goldfield jewelry! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at lymarin1721@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size (if applicable) or for another item of equal value.

Custom or personalized pieces may take an additional 3–5 business days to produce.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship anywhere within the United States. All shipments include tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

No International Shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime under your account or by contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at lymarin1721@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
