Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size (if applicable) or for another item of equal value.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship anywhere within the United States. All shipments include tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

No International Shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime under your account or by contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages
